Submission of this form does not guarantee a place on the calendar. The Minister of Church Administration and/or the Executive Pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church reserve the right to re-assign reserved facilities based on a church need. IBC events will receive the highest priority for facility usage and resources.

All outside caterers must be approved by our team to ensure they meet our standards and guidelines and a certificate of insurance listing Immanuel Baptist Church as additional insured must be provided. We can also provide you with the contact information for our preferred vendor. It is the event planner's responsibility to coordinate food orders, delivery, serving, etc. No homemade food or alcohol permitted.
